1. Service Scope

CyboWave offers privacy-focused digital services across three tiers: Personal, Professional, and Exclusive. These services include pre-configured hardware, encrypted communication tools, and VPN-based protection. All services are delivered anonymously and without user registration.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they use CyboWave services. ITeGAMAX AB does not monitor, track, or log user activity, and cannot be held liable for any actions performed using our hardware, software, or network infrastructure.

Misuse of CyboWave services—including but not limited to illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or violation of third-party rights—is strictly prohibited. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3. No Liability for Misuse

ITeGAMAX AB disclaims all responsibility for damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from improper use, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modification of CyboWave services. This includes failure to follow provided recommendations, technical guidelines, or safe usage practices.

4. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed anonymously via cryptocurrency. Users must include a valid anonymous email address in the payment message to enable one-time communication for service delivery. Failure to provide a correct email address may result in undeliverable services, for which ITeGAMAX AB assumes no responsibility.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, service tier, and hardware availability. Services will not be initiated until payment is confirmed.

5. Confidentiality Commitment

ITeGAMAX AB guarantees confidentiality throughout the inquiry, ordering, and delivery process. No personal data is stored, shared, or reused. Communication is limited to a single confirmation message per order.

6. Service Limitations

CyboWave services are designed for privacy—not for performance, entertainment, or unrestricted access. Certain platforms (e.g. social media, online marketplaces) may be blocked by default, especially in the Exclusive tier. Users accept these limitations as part of the privacy-first design.

7. No Guarantees

While CyboWave is built with strong privacy principles, ITeGAMAX AB makes no guarantees regarding absolute anonymity, invulnerability to surveillance, or protection against all forms of digital threat. Users are advised to follow best practices and remain vigilant.

8. Regulatory Disclaimer

ITeGAMAX AB operates under Swedish law and complies with applicable regulations. However, CyboWave services are offered globally and may be subject to restrictions or scrutiny in other jurisdictions. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws.

ITeGAMAX AB is not liable for any legal, regulatory, or financial consequences arising from the use of CyboWave services outside Sweden.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, icons, and software associated with CyboWave are the intellectual property of ITeGAMAX AB. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

10. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of CyboWave services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
